Default few questions about my b20vtec crx swap before i throw it in

ok so im about to put the b20z/vtec in my crx.....motor is allready out and new one is now together. im converting to obd1 from obd0 and i just want to make sure ive covered all bases.
first i need the directions for which color wires go where for the jkobd.com conversion harness

seccond im using a p28, with the conversion do i need to run a knock sensor or not? should i wire it in?

third im using a rywire.com dizzy adapter harness, do i still need to add wires from the conversion harness?

fourth, anybody have a part number for b16 axle output seals?

I would really like to have someone scan or take a pic of the obd-0 to obd-1 conversion harness instructions!

Jk is blown90hatch here ...IM him or I'll try to get my old directions from my shop this week for you..

You shouldnt need to add any wires to the dist..
You also dont need 0bd 1 injs like some say, as long as you leave your resistor box in you can run 0bd 0 ones, or take it out to run the obd 1's, that will requre wiring though.
