B16 blox manifold open port on one of the intake runners?

B16 blox manifold open port on one of the intake runners?
What is the open port on the manifold for? i looked on acura parts website it says its a sensor and is 44bux thats all. I need to plug it up but wondering what it is. I assume its from an acura because the manifolds are for multiple engines. My stock B16 manifold it is there but is covered up and not machined out.

i'd make a block off plate and make a gasket for it with silicone, if you do not need an IAT there.

Yes but what if i want to use it because i dont want to mount my stock IAT in the charge piping for my turbo? This would be ideal for me. Thanks for the info i thought it was for IAT but wanted to make sure i searched and found nothing that was clear. Yeah i know wrong forum lol.
