ls in 94 civic ecu help

My friend has a 94 civic w/ls swap and is running a P72ecu. his car has no power and was wondering what ecu should he be running

He should be running a P75. A P72 is a GSR computer.

The p72 ecu could be chipped for his ls motor if he wanted to.
He would be much better off selling the p72 & purchasing a p75 or pr4.
