Default need advice on hurt 91 Hf please look...

i have a problem with my 91 hf i brought sometime ago the previous owner hit a curb or something with the front right wheel and it pushed the wheel back a inch and half i went to two collision shops and one told me that it could easily be repaired by putting it on a frame machine and heating it back to position, the next shop told me to never heat it because it would make it very weak and in the event of a crash i would be killed because it would be weak from heating? can someone point me in the right direction i really would like to fix it before doing suspension work HELP!

Most frame places use hydraulic pumps to straighten a frame. Well, my guy does anyway.

I'm about in the same boat: same problem, only it's on my '91 Accord Wagon... I took it to one frame shop, and they said they'd have to set an appointment to look at it and give me an estimate, but it would be at least $200 just to look. I told them to call me and let me know when they could get it in, even though I wasn't thrilled with the price of just diagnosing the problem (I already KNOW what the problem is, and told them exactly what happened and what the results were).

Anyway, to make a long story longer, they never called me back. I'll be looking for another place. I'm guessing from what I'm reading in this thread that I need to look for a frame shop with a hydraulic frame jig...

if its the front wheel bent in, just replace the subframe. we did this on my crx, the wheel was actually pushed in 45 degrees, and there was no frame damage, just the rear crossmember, knuckle, lower control arm, and radius rod were bent.

all of those things bolt off of the car.
