Default MAF sensor adaptor

What exactly is a Mass Air-flow sensor adaptor? I was thinking about buying one from Bomz Racing.com because I'm under the impression that it allows me to attach Cold Air Intakes/Short Ram Intakes made for Civic Si's (and EX's) to my Civic DX. I'm probably wrong though.

Hondas do not use a MAF or mass airflow sensor. They do however have a MAP sensor or Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor.

Ok, well thanks for letting me know that ahead of time. By the way, how hard would it be to convert my dual point fuel injection to a multiport fuel injection?
