I have a 95 turbo gsr and my battery charging light pops on when I start decelerating then disappers. when I start to accelerate my voltage stays at 12.2 till about 3 or 4 grand then shoots to 13.5 and stays there. Whats wierd is the light wont pop on if Im running accesories like ac or headlights! btw new battery(last optima one lasted 10 months) and year old alterstart alternator

 

can anyone shed some light?

i had a problem kinda like that on my all motor set up. change the alternator and it was all good. the alternator was about 3 months old only.

its an aleternator.. I work for a parts store and sometime they come bad right out of the box and other times the dont last long.. try a new one.. good luck
