Chong's DIY Paint Bumper Vents Black Project.
Ok, so first I jacked the car up and removed the bumper.
Then I tried to take an Emo Shot.
Masked off the bumper and painted. I Forgot to get a picture of my masked bumper, but i used Tape and a Garbage back.
The bumper is in the process of drying right now, and its raining like a bitch outside. I will take more pics and post them up when i put the bumper back on.

I used Plasti-Kote Trim Black. and then a clear coat.
