well, you may need to bleed the clutch line. but what isnt working? is the pedal just sitting on the floor? will the gears not engage?
as was stated above... be more specific.... its just like saying.. my car is broken, can you tell my why?

Yes, the B18A/B B18C and B16 can all bolt up to a "B" tranny, sorry dont know my tranny codes

me buddies had the same problem last week, when he put the tranny back on the tranny was tightend but the spline wasnt all the way lined up and it scored the inside of the clutch hub so when you went to prss the clutch the clutch wouldnt dis-engage...so a quick clutch swap solved that problem....i also thought it was the hyrdrolic system, but it turned out to be the clutch
