what is needed in a tune up

I am trying to buy everything that is needed in a tune up for a 02 civic LX

I know spark plugs and wires

but since it does not have a distributor, what else do I need to get?

What's your mileage?
What stuff is listed in your owner's manual for that mileage?
If it doesn't have a distributor, what are you do with the plug wires?
