i live in va...and if your from here you know that the cops around here are **** about everything witch makes it bad for tuners...so my question is, if i run a exhaust cut-out say right before the cat or even on the downpipe with a stock integra cat-back exhaust will it actually do any harm to be running stock exhaust other then the power loss?
