Its a tinted piece of plexi glass or whatever, this picture was talked about on automotive forums like a year ago......email ViS they will tell you the same i bet....
this is a custom hood.....there is a Civic Si on automotive fourms who did the same thing and tinted it blue so you can barely ee the motor...
IMO its ghey....and thiefs will know what **** you got
