What or Where is the best place to get a tire/rim package for my 93' civic coupe?

What or Where is the best place to get a tire/rim package for my 93' civic coupe?
I'm sitting on BS tires and rims I'm wondering where's the best place to locate a good pack to stick on there. I don't wanna go bigger than 16' or stay with my original 14's. Late..
