DA with Dual Exhaust... yah or nay? Also rear seat question

DA with Dual Exhaust... yah or nay? Also rear seat question
Ok guys... got a 90 DA and I've been thinking about doin some exhaust work what would you think about have dual mufflers coming out the back? Sound nice or no? If anything has pics of any DA w/ dual exhaust post em up to help me decide.
Also, yesterday when I was driving up the NJ turnpike I passed by another DA and he had some kind of rear seats with some kind of headrest.... anyway have any idea what the heck that could been. I only saw from a distance but it looked like front seats in the back, lol... sounds crazy but this guy had something going on. Thanks for any help

Probably JDM seats.
