Default Rubber sticking paint

Not sure weather to post this here. Figure mine as well. I'm looking for white paint that will stick to rubber for a long/longer perior of time without chipping or cracking. A side wall of a tire to be more precise. I'v been looking everywhere but no luck. This is very important to me. Any advice would help. Thanks.

they have a chemical that you mix with car paint to make it some what flexable.. so that it stick to rubber and not come off.. what ever you are painting i hope you sand it down good..
