how can i tell if my motor was from an automatic?
i put a b16a1 motor i think out of a integra xsi but it came with a j1 trans. i checked for computer cel's but non show it looks like all the sensors are fine but the car doesnt even beat 84 carborated accords? could it be i ahve a automatic computer or a automatic motor stuck on a manual trans?
how can i tell is the motor is a automatic b16a1 or if the computer (pr3) is an automatic? i need help ive lost alot of money on trying to get this thing runing like how the factory says it should. thanks fellow honda people !!!!!

Even if it was an auto b16 it should still beat 84 accords
How does it run? Have you done a compression and leakdown test to check the health of the engine? Have you set the timing to stock?
The only way I know to determine if it is an auto is to measure the lobes of the camshafts.

Or if possible, check the valvesprings as automatic motors had single valvesprings on the intake side.
