rocker shaft removal

Hello there i am working on a project cilinder head, but i cant get the rockershafts out, they are stuck. Does anybody have tips and tricks for me? Engine: B16a1

Did you remove the oil control orifices? #20-3 and 20-4 in the pic..
If so,pull the sealing caps [#1 in the pic]
on both ends of the shaft and tap it
out with a punch or a socket extension..
