ok i got this cluster from an 88 and i need to put it in my 89 at first i didn't realize how much diffrent they are. Now i can't get it to work properly couple questions

1. Why does the batt charge light have 2 pins that go to it.
2. where does the yellow/blk wire go and where does the all yellow (switch power from fuse 14) go

i have searched and the diagrams are not right please if anyone has an 88 and can take a snap shot for me of the wires that would be great. Im tring to go on a trip this weekend and i don't want to drive the car without a tach and a temp gauge atleast.

 

i neee the same thing except i believe the cluster i bought was out of a 88-89... that and it was an automatic... i have a '91 STD and need the wiring diagrams... ive spent 3 days looking for them and cant find anything... anyone?

there are plenty of diagrams for the 90-91 i have done that cluster swap using info from here, the 88 is a son of a bitch though and is diffrent then the rest.

 

i havent found any diagrams using the search function... and ive posted a thread up but nobody's helping me out... is it in the archives or something?
