The car is a 1991 Integra LS which my mom drives. My sister had a accident with it a few years back damaging somewhere along the front driver wheel (though im not sure how extensive the damage was). The tires are balding really fast. What's weird is that the tires is balding near the outer edge, as oppose to usual camber wear along the inner edge. Also, when the steering wheel is turned all the way in an attempt to make a U turn or a tight turn, the steering wheel pulls farther than what would seem to be the maximum. To me, it seem like the wheel is being dispositioned during this causing easy wear. Could it be the balljoints that are worn so bad, they are causing this?

Any help will be great. I really want to fix this for my mom as soon as possible

 

Is there any noise when you turn? A pop or knocking noise? Are both tires balding on the same outer edge? Sounds like the toe is off.
