Default Replica Rear Valences Fitment

I want to get a set of replica rear valences because the cost of the oem ones are ridiculous, but was wondering.. how are the fitment on these? I know most of them dont come with the wheather stripping so i'd go out and get that done. But from what I hear is that they dont sit flush with the rear bumper, and that people have to get double sided tape so it sits near flush.

From what I have read, they fit like *** and take a lot of effort to make fit.

Actually, I read about a member's experience with them on team-integra. I'll post the link if I can find them. But from what I can remember...the replica sides go over the stock sideskirts unlike the oem version where you are required to take them off. And because you have to put the replica sides over the stock sideskirts, it is a very tight fit. The member had a problem with the door coming in contact with the sideskirts when the door was being swung open and closed. He also said he took a lot of time sanding and cutting to make it fit better. Unlike my oem sides, which took me 25 mins for the first side and 15 mins for the other side with no instructions.
