I am really very sorry to hear all this. It makes you wonder about whether collision insurance is worth paying for. It doesn't look like anything close to damage that would amount to fair market.

Looks fixable, try and buy her back.. that sux if you had soo much stuff in it and would like to buy the car back to you can put it on ur new car this il law will prevent you from doing so, nonetheless the ******** who will buy it from an auction would get the parts, or are you allowed to take them out and replace them with something close to its original? like interior n some exterior parts?

damn that really sucks, i hope your able to salvage the car back if anything and you get what your requesting price/fair value is, i remember when i got my civic wrote off, took them approx. 2-3 months for them to settle, and i was not given even a rental.
