cordless radar detectors? good or bad?

I want a cordless or looking into getting one.
who makes them n any good whats the ups n downs of them?
the battery are fine i will recharge them. thanks

Escort makes one. The problem with them is that the range probably decreases as the batteries get low, not sure though.
