dizzy has oil inside??
my distributor has a oil leak how do i fix it it comes out the bottom where the cap and aluminum meet its not a huge leak but i know its not normal what do i need to replace to stop this??? seal?#?
I'm not sure if you can replace that seal. The distributor has it's O-ring seal around the base where it fits into the head. But if that leaks, it drips down the head, not inside the distributor.
Yours is leaking thru the shaft seal inside the distributor.

#7 is the O-ring, but that would leak outside, not into the distributor. It looks like you aren't gonna get anything from a dealer, but I didn't check all years of B-series engines. You can do that...
If you can dismantle the base of the distributor, maybe a bearing-supply place can get a seal for you. But I've never tried to do that, so I can't say much...
