Help with Nitrous set-up
Ok I wanna do a direct port set-up for a 125 shot and not sure how I should do it.
1. Can I run that big of a shot on a oem built ls/vtec.
2. What other controllers besides the NX maximizer can I use to control the nitrous in stages like I wanna do a 25shot in first gear above 3500rpm then a 50 shot in 2nd gear above 4000 rpm then the 125 in 3rd&4th gear above 4500rpm all cutting at redline.
3. If I run a 2 gallon fuel cell (what pump should I use190lbp/255lbp) and use only race gas stricly for the No2 do I still need a fuel pump in my main gas tank, and do I still need to up-grade my injectors if so can I use Prelude or s2k injectors.
Thanks

yes you can run that big of a shot on a built motor.
2. shnitz(spelling) makes programable, progressive nitrous contollers. NOS, and i belive jacobs make something similar, although the NOS version looks like an exact copy of the schnitz controller, minus the color change.
3. i recomend running an inline msd pump, with your secondary fuel cell, a 370cc injector should work fine.

I wouldnt run that much nitrous on only an oem built block. Id get pistons + rods just to be safe...
That much nitrous would make the injectors max out quickly. I would think about 550's running a low duty cycle at stock fuel pressures...Preludes injectors wouldnt be enough unless you increased the fuel pressures significantly.
You could run the cell and mount it where the spare tire goes and keep the stock tank but why? Ditch the tank and run the cell or forget about the cell...
In tank pumps will replace the factory pump and the inline pumps act as boosters to the factory ones...Everyone seems to run the intank ones and are perfectly fine.
A walbro 255 lph should be plenty capable.

You do realize that the fuel added in a nitrous application 'typically' comes from a jet, so injectors are really not a factor. Fuel pressure is however important to supply extra fuel to the jet.
