refund $21 tp cover paypal and let me get some earbuds. or ill call my credit card and cancel payment and send this back to you. i dont like to do this but have done it b4 with people that are uncooperative. i sell MANY things online and always disclose anything and everything, and in the occurence that i do forget to disclose something. i always either compensate or send out what should have been there in the first place. if it is not in my acct by tomorrow night i am boxing this up, and calling my credit card. i know a person can get screwed by paypal with online payments but it is tried and true that a payment reversal works perfectly through a credit card. no matter what online payment you use.

hate being a dick but to me its like buying a car that you saved for and want to drive really bad.....but theres no keys. now you assume all cars have keys right? cause they are essential to use the car. just like earphones are essential to use an ipod. now if a dealership tries to pull that one on you. you are going to expect to have them supply the necessary equipment to use the product. which they will. otherwise you are going to bring the car back. right???

WOW man they're just headphones, go buy yourself a pair. Odds are the ones that come with iPods suck anyway. He made a list of everything included and nowhere does it say headphones. You made an assumption, therefore you are at fault here.

Listening to an iPod while riding? I don't even want to get into that.

I think I have an xtra pair laying around somewhere, Ill send him the set if itll make him stop crying.

the problem isnt that the headphones werent included. its that it wasnt disclosed. all ipods need headphones to use. and to not get any deems the ipod useless for my intended use. i am over the fact that they werent there but as for my reason for not wanting it anymore..... it should have been posted that there were none included, and when i pm'd him he didnt care now that he got his money. he even said his headphones were $80 and he wasnt letting those go. so now add on the $80 for a good set of headphones that i would have to go buy to make the ipod what it was when he had it. (usable) i might as well bought a new one for that price. its a lot more the principality of the matter.
he didnt give a full-accurate discription and didnt care to resolve the problem brought to him. i dont want to deal with someone like that for even a $1 item let alone a $130 item. if nobody understands my side. fine. but i am sending it back tomorrow and getting one elsewhere.
