I have a jdm b18b (98) in my 2000 civic!!! It was idling between 1300 and 1500 rpms so I played with the throttle cable and still 1300 to 1500!! I notice that in the back of the intake manifold there was a pin that was sucking air..if I block that pin my rpms go down to 900 to 1000 rpms wich is better but then my egine started to do a squeeking sound in the front right!!! Is that pin suppost to be blocked??
