Default Daily Driver 1987 Nissan Stanza: Worth it? Reliable?

sup,
im looking to buy a 1987 stanza tonight as a daily, it has 130k miles...its ugly as **** but as long as it takes me back and forth i think its good. im getting it for 350 dollars so that kinda makes me happy. engine sounds smooth, claims oil is changed frequently.......what sorts of things should i check to make sure this car doesnt **** me in a couple months? please suggestions whenever you can, im leaving to pick it up in about 1 hour. thanks

well i see now that you live in tx- might not have that problem there
in the northeast (land of snow/sand and salt) its pretty much eats away at the frame of the car (rust) the frame will startto get pitted/ holes
wont pass inspection

car could leak clean as could be (until you look underneath)
