skunk 2 bouncy ride?

Default skunk 2 bouncy ride?

what is a decent strut to diminish some of the bounce from the skunk2 coilover system currently on stock struts... YIKES!!!

i'm about to buy a settup with skunk 2 coilovers on stock dc2 struts to put in my ek 4door. is the ride that bad? what setting do you have your coilovers set to 1-4??? any bushing/camber kit?

isn't there settings to adjust on the skunk coilovers? i was asking him between 1-4 what is opinion on how bad the bouncing is. 1 being very low and 4 being extremely bouncey!

I use kyb agx shocks (set at full stiff 4f/8r) with my civic spring rate (447f/335r) skunk2 sleeve coilovers...I like the ride, and there's no fender gap.

I just put some tokico illuminas on tonight......can't tell you how it rides though, don't have an engine in yet

the skunk2's don't have a setting, they are simply a coilover system, when you say 1-4 maybe you are talking about a 1-4 inch drop, the stock strut dampening cannot be changed. The illuminas are five way ajustable, but not the skunk2 spring in terms of dampening force.

There are a lot of reasons why a damper even with enough damping force will ride like garbage...

Chances are, there isn't enough travel.

Take a look at this very informative thread put together by some very helpful members.
