Default B18C1 rebuild...need advice...tuning

Need advice. I'm gathering up parts to get ready to rebuild my B18C1. This is all thats going in:
Buddy Club Spec III+ cams
Omni springs and retainers
buddy club cam gears
P73 USDM ITR pistons .25 over
ARP rod bolts
Blox GSR intake manifold
B&M afpr
throttle body bored out to 64mm
Apexi power intake 99SI
JDM Type-R header
Exedy Organic Clutch<------will this hold up good?
Pro Street 12.32lb Flywheel<---good or should i go lighter or do I even need it?
P28 J's Racing chipped ecu Vtec:5500 Redline: 8400

Everything else is staying stock, fuel rail, head, rods, etc... Now some questions, even if my block is good and doesnt need to be bored out. Maybe just cleaned up etc.. Will it still be good to get the .25 over pistons and go ahead and bore it out? What would be some good injectors to run? Or will I be ok with the gsr injectors? This is going in a 89 Civic HB DX, will the stock fuel pump be ok, if no what size walbro should i get? I just dont want my motor to run lean before I get my car tuned. Also in your opnion what WHP will I be seeing with those mods? Please no misinformation!

Helms says if the bores are unscratched (nothing you can catch with your nail) that a re-bore is not nessesary. You will likely need more fuel than stock injectors at stock fuel pressure can deliver. An inexpensive solution may be to add an adjustable FPR and a gauge. Up the fuel pressure a bit.

Stock 240cc injectors can handle up to 200 whp.

Get your self a helms manual & read the cylinder wall spec sheet. You need to make sure your walls are true from top to bottom.

I got all the manuals on PDF Although....it does take forever to look through them Would I be ok using the stock FPR using the USDM ITR pistons running at 10.8 comp?

I was thinking of something similar for my GSR since it burns oil, I was wondering how big of a hit has your wallet taken?

Well I got the B18C1 for $500, tranny, ecu, axles, everything. My friend got the rolling shell for $500. We went half and half. I already have the EFB2 mounts, shift linkage, rear bracket and timing side bracket. The P28, and Blox GSR intake. $825 for all that. I got a killer deal on the mounts!

The rest of the parts I'm just waiting on to order. But last night I was making a check list I think it was around $2800. Still don't know about machining costs and stuff...still need the rod and main bearings....I'll get that list up when I get home. I'm at work right now....
