stock 4100k-4300k would give you the most light output compared to these "kits" that have 8000k-12000k.

4300K will give you the most lumens (I've heard of ~3000 lumens, which is about double a stock halogen). Do not confuse color temperature (measured in K for Kelvins) with light output.
