Any one want to fab a resevoir.... Simple design.
Ok. I am back on track with getting my setup done (only been a year in the making)
This is what i need, if some will give me a finished price...
I want to use a 3" pipe x 6" long. Radiator cap on top, -10an in bottom and upper side.
It should look like a beefy coolant resevoir, cause thats what it will be. kinda
I can supply materials i just didn't know where to get the weld on -an bungs and the radiator neck?
This will be a water resevoir, i think i said that but wanted to be clear. I will need it in about 2 weeks to a month.
Not sure of mounting tabs yet, looking at that right now to see just where it needs to go, if i had autocadd, i'd draft up a design for a visual, it seems to ne pretty simple though.

I can do it for you. I have the -10 bungs in stock and more 3" tube on the way (i'm sold out right now). I'll need to order up a weld on rad cap assembly and you'll need to tell me where you want the brackets. If that sounds good PM me and I'll get a few more questions answered and quote you a price. All Aluminum and TIG'd

Same here. Would have to order the bungs and the rad cap setup, but I get good deals through certain shops, so I could pass those savings on to you. How thick do you want the material? You said you would supply the aluminum tubing??? Just reply here, because I never look at PM's, and let me know about the tabs and ish, and I can get you a price. Probably no more than $50-$70 I would think, but I want to know about the tabs and that first.
THANKS!
Kyle
EDIT: I did some searching and came with these.

With the 2 radiator filler necks, the second one is a forged aluminum, and the first one is a billet aluminum piece(machined from a solid chunk of aluminum), and the second one also has a screw in overflow spicket instead of one that is forged. honestly, the secondly one will work just perfect. so...you pick which of those you want to use, let me know if the an fitting is what you want, and i can start on it if you want me to.
The last link is the material....but I can only buy it by the foot, so I would have to charge you the $18 for a full foot. Of course, thats only if your not going to supply the aluminum.
Figure out what pieces you want to use, add the price of them up, and add $20 to the end for labor costs, and we'll call it good.
Let me know!
