how to shave integra front?

hi,

how do you shave the 2 holes after removing the front emblem on a 2000 integra?

Also how do you shave the 4 front bumper holes?

i just used alot of body filler and sanding to get the holes gone..

might as well shave the license plate ones too....they are harder!
