transmission dipstick?

Default transmission dipstick?

i jus got my crx about 2 weeks ago and im replacing the clutch in it. i didnt see a dip stick for the tranny. can anyone tell me if there is one or if its just a drain plug where you can pour in the oil?

No stick in manuals, theres a fill hole halfway up on the pass side of the casing. I cant recall off hand if its a 14mm or it takes a 3/8" rathcet head. One of the two. Drain plug is right at the bottom. When you fill it, fill until a little bit comes out of the fill hole and plug it up. Make sure your car is level too.

Drain bolt is a 3/8" ratchet extension, and the fill bolt is a 17mm

to make filling it WAAYYY easier, just remove the backup switch and add 2 quarts of Tranny oil. it takes half the time as fooling with the side fill plug.
