condition is good i think the antenna sticks and the front driver seat is worn but thats about it. timing belt was changed. etc..

 

Id buy it as long as its a clean tite. If past service records are available then i definitly wouldnt pass it up.

what he said

you could easily swap the antenna for an S2000 or shark style antenna which looks much cleaner imo. you could also probably find a driver's seat in good condition if you search around.

i paid 3g more for a 95 with 74,000.....that was almost 3 years ago too

 

thats a very good price. at a local dealership, theres a 94 LS with 102k for 6995

 

Is it a 2 door or 4 door.

well im debating on that integra or my friends 94 gsr which has 240,000 miiles on it but he would sell it for 2000 to me. and from what people tell me i should be able to rebuild the engine for another 2000 grand. so it would be cheaper and newer engine so i might go that route. except the car is a 94 vs a 96??

 

If you are looking to rebuild the engine at a good shop then it doesn't matter what year or how many miles. You'll have a great engine, may want to look into the tranny too just to be sure everything is good.

Then it's just replacing worn suspension and bushings and interior bits that need it. Those peices could be sourced from a lower mileage junkyard car to lower costs even more.

If you're looking to rebuild the engine then why not start at the cheapest price? You'd have an engine with 0 miles as opposed to 95K.

 

and if you went with the 94...it'd be OBD1 which people seem to like-cuz you'll see more gains with mods than you would if it were OBD2

but then again, you'd have a car with a "new" motor/tranny, but everything else still has 240,000 miles on it....

so...comes down to weighing out the options and seeing which one fits you best

 

yeah since this car is from a friend i trust him. he doesnt race or isnt into racing so he doesnt drive as hard as other people. for the same amount of money i would have a new rebuilt motor and while they are rebuilding it i can have them do some engine work while they are at it. so ill prob do that
