what arevalve lash specs for ITR cams in GSR head
I don't have a helms anymore, and a search didn't bring up anything about the type r.
Do I use stock settings??? .007-.008 intake
.008-.009 exhaust?

B-series VTEC heads with OEM cams all use the same specs. 6 thou to 8 thou IN and 7 thou to 9 thou EX
