Default Clicking noise after re-installing factory deck

I just took the aftermarket Alpine head unit out of my 2000 EX and put the factory one back in. After I got everything put back together I tried starting it and heard a loud, repetitive clicking noise coming from up front. I don't know what the hell it could be...anybody have any ideas?

*edit*

After re-reading my post seems misleading. I don't think that the clicking noise is directly related to the stereo install.

I'm a retard This is what happens when you don't search It was just the battery...I had that suspicion, but wasn't sure. I hooked up a battery charger for an hour and it started, no problem.
