cam gear adjustment

Default cam gear adjustment

Ive got a d16a6 with an aem cam gear, should i advance or retard it for more power and if so should i change the fuel pressure? ive got a b&m fuel controller.

It all depends if you want more bottom-end or top-end power. I highly advise using a dyno when doing cam timing changes. This way you can see the hp and torque graphs and see how they change accordingly.
