Type S 64mm T/B?
or you could just have your stock TB bored to 68mm for about the same price probably....gains are most likely too small to tell especially with a stock IM

maxbore.com can do it to 66mm which i think is the max before it will break the walls.

I thought our USDM 5th Gen Preludes had 60mm TB and the Type S had a 62mm TB!
King Motorsports will bore out your stock TB by 4mm for about $150. That would give you a 64mm TB!!
It might be worth it if you had a higher compression ratio or more aggresive cams!

On my 4th Gen siVtec: I just had my TB bored and cleaned and noticed an increase in throttle response. Car feels smooth and new. Unsure if it adds hp, but it does make it feel better. I also took off my resonator (weighs about 0.5kg) and my lude's breathing a lot better. No loss in torque whatsoever (unlike my old cone-type K&N) - sounds fantastic and feels grrreat!
Anyone know the specs of the Type S throttle body? I'm a TB bore convert, and am drooling at the prospects of boring out the Type S' and coupling that with the Euro-R intake.

ITBs? Sweet!! Your car must sound like a monster
Hey is your Spoon TB a bored out Type-S TB? Thinkin of getting it sometime down the road and a Euro-R manifold. Would love to get yours, but not exactly flush with cash at the moment.

I think the Spoon TB is actually a bored out ITR TB, comes with all sensor inputs so its plug and play. It will work on B/H series.
If you are interested let me know, I do notice a difference in torque and throttle response when I upgrade from JG 64mm TB to Spoon 70mm.
The ITBs screams at WOT, but its actually pretty quiet at crusing and partial throttle.

I have one. Your engine setup determine the size of throttlebody you should get. Going too big for your motor setup will slow the **** out of your car.
