i know of course its itr or ctr but is there a way to wich one?

There is no way to tell.

It's not necessarily an R engine either. Valve covers are easily swapped. From here, I can't see the part of the head where R engines got a dab of green paint.

from the two piece header i'd want to say B16B because i think they come with a two piece header design.

looks like a gsr from where the front coolant line for the radiator is located..

its either a d16z6 or a H22, i cant tell the pic is to blurry.

I think he found the pic on a users page on MySpace and wanted to know hwta kind of motor it was.....Actually i am willling to bet thats what he did....

Why dont you ask the account holder on that myspace page?

Its not an ITR or CTR because of the coolant little thingy. So my guess is a GSR.

its a B18C.. EKs had a 1 piece clutch hard line from behind the motor. whereas DC2s had a soft line going almost to where the slave cylinder is.

there is no way yo identify this motor, the closest was is to read the block and cylinder head, but even that is not accurate cause the motor may have internals.... this question has no answer
