Default FS: 1991 CRX Si $4,000 FIRM

It's a Florida car I bought back in September. Currently in Kingsport, TN. Car has never been in any accidents. New timing belt installed at dealership. New front rotors and pads. Cold A/C. Sunroof works perfect. Runs and drives great! I bought it for the gas mileage (36mpg in town), dependability, and for use as a college car for my last semester. Tires have atleast 50-75% tread left. $4,000 The two pics with the red circles are of a ding on the passenger door. I tried my best to show all imperfections but remember this is a 14 year old car.

I was tempted to, but I really need a truck to haul my R6 around in....it's such a hassle always borrowing one. I'd like to keep it and get a truck, but I'm poor LOL!

Thanks, been offered $3,500 a few times. I'm holding out though since I don't need to sell it, would just make buying a truck easier...until then I'll enjoy the 36 mph it gets me

civhatch, if you are interested remember you'll have to meet what I'm asking, the KBB means nothing to me on this as you'll be hard pressed to find another one this nice IMO.

well i went on a trip to see this car in person, i was about ready to buy, i need to note what factual information i found so no one has to end up like me. i'm very skeptical when it comes to crxs, so you can trust my judgement. car is pretty solid. there are some door dings on the lower driver side that wasn't noted in the pics listed. rear bumper appears to have been repainted sometime or another, found overspray on the moldings. inner driverside door by door jam has some dents or dings, dont know what caused that. no major rust, only slight surface rust is visible in the nooks and cranny or the rear hatch when open. paint in there started to crack in some spots and is showing signs of surface rust, very minor. hail damage on hood. rear speaker compartment cover has a crack or piece missing. bubbling surface rust on sunroof. all in all, the car is pretty solid, minor probs for a old car like this. the rear quarter panels are solid, it had the rubber protectors on it, i removed it and it was still showing no signs of rust on either side. engine sounded very strong with a lot of life left. weird thing is the owner says the car was purchased with 104k miles, i ran a carfax on the vin, and it came back saying the car was reported with 124k before he even purchased it. This discrepancy is unknown and i dont know what caused it. Seller seems to be very honest, but just not as skeptical as i am about these cars. Wells thats all i have to add. Good luck with the sale.

Yeah, I miss a dual tip Guess that was what the shop threw on when the previous owner had it replaced.

Whats the deal with the 124k miles before you owned it and 117k now?
