o2 sensor location
hey guys i have a 93 prelude si, where is the o2 sensor located? if i were to buy a new cat would i need to have a o2 sensor adaptor welded onto the new one?
and also im thinking about getting one of those cheapo hi flow cats from ebay, cause the one i have now is CRAP, and smells like something is burning inside of it, i have a dc sports header and a apex'i N1 cat back exhaust...think this would be ok?
There is only one O2 sensor on ODBI cars. It is located on the downpipe of the header. If you get under your car, locate the cat....and follow it back towards the engine, you will see a wire going to it. That's it.
If you change the cat, you will NOT have to have an O2 bung welded onto it.
