Why are there no h23 wire covers??
why aren't there wire covers on the Valve cover of H23a engines?
I am reffering to the silver cover right on to of the black/red valve cover... They seem to be on all of the H22's i've seen- can even get aftermarket ones for h22, but never on H23's....
Probably a dumb question, but they do make things look neater in the engine bay, IMHO!

I think the Ve333-TaaCkkk blows out the spark plugs on the H22 so it has to have a cover to hold them in.

No but really I think it's just because the head on the H22 is higher above where the wires plug in. On an H23 the cover would have to go way up and over the plug wires.

*sighs*
I get it, 'Ask a silly question...'
I suppose that's one of the little bonuses you get for the additional $8000 ontop of the Si purchase price.
