well, i'm trying to hurry up to get all my stuff together since Mase will be coming here this Wednesday to tune her. things i've added are CP 84mm 9.3:1 pistons, Crower TI retainers/Dual Valve springs, ACL race bearings, Crower 404s, and a bunch of other misc. things. total cost of this rebuild is $2000. damn thing better make over 400whp on pump now!!

yeah i love walking on thin lines. and yeah i've been taking my sweet time putting it back together...i've washed every bolt, nut, part, etc before putting it on. can't mess up with only 3 days till the man himself comes up here.

thanks, and yes i've noticed that too. i guess these older darton sleeves aren't so great. i was honestly thinking about installing a GE or STR blockguard in when it was at the machine shop but went against it for some unknown reason.

nope the head on the left is the new one. the head on the right is my cousin's. the guy i bought my valve springs from sent me a broken inner valve spring so i had to scavange one off my cousin's spare head.
