my zc is throwing code 9. it bogs down some and lost its power ban at 4 and 6k rpms. can anyone help. i have already put a brand new dist. on it.

After you changed the distributor, did you reset the ecu?

 

this may sound weird but you need to check the timing belt to make sure that the cam timing is right...i had this problem before

 

i have reset the ecu many times i think i need the cam gears timed.

 

to set the Cam gears, with the belt off, get 2 5mm punches and theres a little hole ontop of the 1st cam cap get the hole in the cap to line up with the hole in the cam and stick the punches in. This is assuming the bottom.end is at TDC, put belt back on, she will drive like new.
