towing a dropped car?
ok my cars dropped 1.2 inches with the WW front lip. Its broken down at my work and i need to tow it to my house to work on it but every company who has gone out there says " oh its too low we can tow it". I dont wanna have to take off my front bumper at my work just to tow it, but i know that it can be towed just as long as the ramp up to the truck is a bit longer. Im in phoenix if anyone knows of a place or has a flat top trailer i can use or pay to help me out. The intersection my car is is the top place in phx for stolen cars so i need help!! shoot me a PM if you can help me out. thanks.

My friend's accord was low like hell. He called AAA up, but he did not mention anything about his car was lowered. The tow truck came and he tried but couldn't. He had to use 2 long pieces of wood board to use as a ramp for the car to go up. It was a flat bed tow. I think it is just up to the tow truck driver. If the guy is nice, he will try to help you, and if he is not, nothing you can do.

Flatbed truck with a few wood pieces. If you can, create a ramp out of the wooden blocks to the ramp of the flatbed, that will make it easier for him to bring the car up without damaging the front bumper. Reverse the process when taking it off the truck.

AAA has towed mine twice. I didn't tell them it was lowered, but it was never an issue on a flatbed. BTW, my oil pan and header are 3" off the ground.

my wagon has like a 3.5inch clearance from the ground. i have have my ride towed 3 times so far and no one has denied me. two flat beds and one drag behind style. some companies just don't want the responibility if the mess up something.
yea i think towers in AZ just love the **** haha, i called tripple A and after they bitched for a minute they said they will get a flat bed out here.
