New guy w/ a question
Hello everyone, I am faced with a problem that you all might be able to help me with
I bought a 91 HF off a friend for a beater car because my Mustang sucks down gas. It's a great car with a D16z6 swap and header back. But since she lived in Alaska she had no emissions etc
Well now my local shop is basically saying every bushing is shot. from swaybars to lca's etc. and emissions equipment is missing too. so I am looking a 2k in parts and labor.
I bought the car not to put $ into it, but to have a great DD (and it drives perfect now)
So the options are to buy bushing kits etc and do it myself or ebay it.
I was wondering if putting on the bushings can be a driveway job. Or am I going to need a compressor etc to take off the springs?
As I have no idea about honda's any help is appreciated. Thanks!
