I believe the ballasts are ok, and u just can change the bulbs. Hope fully u can find some bulbs that directly plug into your ballasts

Very nice shade, I'd almost consider doing it with my car.</TD></TR></TABLE>
It looks like the stock R-81 Milano Red. Avoid it, as it fades.

yes that is correct.

You think it is the milano red? It reminds me of the leguna seca blue with the shade of color it is.
It actually looks really nice, being how dark it is.

I think it is Milano Red because the side moldings and mirrors are still unpainted black. If jspekdc2 painted the car, he most likely would have painted those as well.

My 97 was Milano red. I took good care of it, and was complimented on it many times when I sold it. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=418883
It depends where you keep it (garaged or not), how you take care of it, etc. In that respect, all paint is relatively the same.
And to the original poster, the 10K rating is for the bulb, not the ballast.

I'm guessing it must be in a different light since it looks a lot darker in the picture then Shamoo's car? I was thinking that was actually a dark red too.
In the HID world, 10,000k is useless. 4000k-5000k provides the best usable white light.. anything over is actually losing light.
Bulbs dictate the kelvin, not ballasts. HID projectors output the blue flicker, not the bulb.

I second this.
