The blower motor will only work on speeds 3 and 4, however when I slide it from the off to one or two position the AC will still turn on.

Any ideas??

 

I got the same problem on my car though, let me know once, you've resolved it!

 

I had the same problem a couple months ago. At first i thought it was the resistor, so i changed that and the problem was still there. It turned out to be the blower itself for me.

 

yeah, my friends 90 integra only worked on 4, after he replaced the blower motor it was fine.

 

Well I thought it was the resistor, the motor has already been replaced...

 

in that case i'd try the resistor then

 

Any idea on the price from Acura?

 

is this on a DA or DC?
it might also be a bad fan switch since you already replaced the motor.

 

Okay, all fixed. it was the resistor, one of the conections had broke, $33 from Acura or $22 from Honda, same part #.

BTW--Do not spray WD -40 on one from a salvage yard to clean it up! It tends to fill the car with smoke!!
