IAT sensor for B16A motor?

IAT sensor for B16A motor?
I'm trying to figure out which make / model car I can get an IAT (air intake temperature sensor) off of which will be compatible with my motor setup. I'm running an OBD0 ecu with a B16A motor.. The IAT sensor is on the 4th tube of the intake manifold which subsequently leads directly to the head... thanks...
