dose anyone know the torque to the head bolts for a 91 accord f22a1

 

Imagine you are looking at the top of the head and each number below represents a head bolt. tighten in sequence by following the number order, thumb points to front of engine :

8 6 2 4 10

9 3 1 5 7

1st pass - 29 lb. ft.
2nd pass - 51 lb. ft.
3rd pass - 78 lb. ft.

I would advise against using the old head bolts

 

Is this the same for 92 Honda with the f22a1 motor?

 

Yes.

 

Cool, I'm seeing that the 91 has 12 x1.25 bolts, but my f22a1 has 12x1.5 bolts.
And I was seeing reports that it 29 52 74.
