It's pretty soft rate, so don't expect a firm ride or absence of squat/dive.

and drops pretty low..for street i guess it will be fine and drop..but ur doing drag and some action often. try H&R spring. more stiffer

I just put s-tech springs with kyb gr-2's on my eg and the ride is pretty nice. Only disappointing thing is that my car is lower than i wanted it and i can't afford to do my suspension for the 3rd time. Good luck. I guess i'd recommend them but like the other guy said, they're not real stiff.

If you drive allot of miles daily and want a smooth ride this is the spring for you. Performance wise it's slightly better than stock. But not by much.

Like they advertise it's just a dress up kit really. It lowers the car on stock struts and keeps the ride nice with a little bit firmer, but very nice ride. I like them, but now that my car is becoming faster and faster I will need real suspension. Think about goals first then shoot for that. If you just want it lowered, get these

oh...im thinkin bout makin my gsr fast but im not sure because i might just keep it comfortable cus im thinkin bout buyin a cheap shell n droppin something strong in it...so i dont quite kno what im going to do with my gsr rite now...cus i just got it a lil while back n i like the lowered look but im still debating if ima make it stiff for good performance or just keep it a comfy ride..

now if i were to get some adjustable dampers would that help the ride stiffness for daily driving to weekend racing
adjust it to be soft then adjust to be stiff?? i dont really know what dampers do to ride quality....im a n00b

Unless you're willing to shell out big money for a nice coilover setup, the adjustable dampeners on the market are fairly gimmicky. Sure, they work, but one look at some of the shock dynos shows that they don't offer a very full range of adjustment. Bottom line is, you sound like you don't need a performance setup---stick with a nice Eibach or Tein spring and you'll be happy.
